Steps

  1. Cast Bill the Pony by paying one white mana.
  2. Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  3. When Bill the Pony enters the battlefield, it and Samwise trigger.
  4. Resolve the Samwise trigger, creating a Food artifact token.
  5. Resolve the Bill the Pony trigger, creating two Food artifact tokens.
  6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bill the Pony, adding one white mana.
  7. Activate Samwise by sacrificing three Foods, returning Bill the Pony to your hand from your graveyard.
  8. Repeat.
