Steps

- Animar triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
- When Bill the Pony enters the battlefield, it and Samwise trigger.
- Resolve the Samwise trigger, creating a Food artifact token.
- Resolve the Bill the Pony trigger, creating two Food artifact tokens.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificingBill the Pony, adding ({W} magic symbol) .
- Activate Samwise by sacrificing three Foods, returning Bill the Pony to your hand from your graveyard.
- Repeat.
