Steps

  1. Activate Nissa's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing Minamo to become a 3/3 Elemental creature with menace and haste that's still a land until end of turn.
  2. Activate Arixmethes by tapping it, adding ({G} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Activate Minamo's second ability by paying ({U} magic symbol)   and tapping it, untapping Ioreth of the Healing House.
  4. Activate Ioreth of the Healing House's second ability by tapping it, untapping Minamo and Arixmethes.
  5. Repeat from step 2.
