Steps

  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying two generic manaone blue manaone blue mana.
  3. When Naru Meha enters the battlefield, it triggers, copying Replicate, targeting Naru Meha.
  4. Resolve the copy of Replicate, creating a token copy of Naru Meha.
  5. Put either Naru Meha into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
  6. Repeat from step 3.
