Steps

  1. Cast Bond of Revival by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Bond of Revival.
  4. Holding priority, activate Bloodthrone Vampire by sacrificing Naru Meha, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn.
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Bond of Revival.
  6. Resolve the Bond of Revival copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
