Steps

  1. Cast Stitch Together by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Stitch Together.
  4. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha, adding one mana of any color.
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Stitch Together.
  6. Resolve the Stitch Together copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
