Steps

  1. Cast Unbreakable Bond by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Unbreakable Bond.
  4. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha, causing a player to mill card(s).
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Unbreakable Bond.
  6. Resolve the Unbreakable Bond copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
