Steps

  1. Cast Moment of Reckoning by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Moment of Reckoning.
  4. Holding priority, activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Naru Meha.
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Moment of Reckoning.
  6. Resolve the Moment of Reckoning copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.

Notes

  1. You can choose as many modes as allowed with Moment of Reckoning. You must choose the second mode once, but the other three can be as desired.

  1. Destroy any number of nonland permanents.
  2. Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature.
  3. Infinite ETB.
