Steps

  1. Cast Shallow Grave by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Shallow Grave.
  4. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Naru Meha, causing a player to mill card(s).
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Shallow Grave.
  6. Resolve the Shallow Grave copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
