Steps

  1. Cast Shallow Grave by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Shallow Grave.
  4. Holding priority, activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Naru Meha, putting a +1/+1 counter on Carrion Feeder.
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Shallow Grave.
  6. Resolve the Shallow Grave copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
