Steps

  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Makeshift Mannequin.
  4. Holding priority, activate Shilgengar by sacrificing Naru Meha, creating a Blood token.
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Makeshift Mannequin.
  6. Resolve the Makeshift Mannequin copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
