Steps

  1. Cast Makeshift Mannequin by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Makeshift Mannequin.
  4. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Naru Meha, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Makeshift Mannequin.
  6. Resolve the Makeshift Mannequin copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
