Steps

  1. Cast Rise Again by paying its mana cost.
  2. Holding priority, cast Naru Meha by paying its mana cost.
  3. When Naru Meha enters, it triggers, targeting Rise Again.
  4. Holding priority, activate Bloodthrone Vampire by sacrificing Naru Meha, giving Bloodthrone Vampire +2/+2 until end of turn.
  5. Resolve the Naru Meha trigger, copying Rise Again.
  6. Resolve the Rise Again copy, returning Naru Meha from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
