Steps

  1. Activate Casey & Raph by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. When Casey & Raph enters, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Casey & Raph trigger, creating two Treasure tokens.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Casey & Raph.
  5. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding one generic manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. You can optionally have an opponent exile the top card of their library in step 3 using Casey & Raph's other mode. This does allow them to cast it for free, which may allow them access to pieces that will disrupt the combo (such as a removal spell).
