Steps

  1. Activate Loot's first ability by paying one green mana and tapping it, adding one green manaone green manaone green mana if you do not have one green mana in your mana pool, or one blue manaone blue manaone blue mana otherwise.
  2. Activate Loot by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  3. When Loot enters the battlefield, Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability triggers, repairing it and Loot.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite creature LTB.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
