Steps

- When Emeritus of Ideation enters, Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability triggers, repairing it and Emeritus of Ideation.
- Cast a copy of Ancestral Recall by paying ({U} magic symbol) , causing you to draw three cards.
- Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, untapping a mana-producing permanent.
- Activate the permanent by tapping it, adding at least ({U} magic symbol) .
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 two additional times.
- Repeat from step 1.
