  1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least one blue mana.
  2. Activate Cloudblazer by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  3. When Cloudblazer enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  4. Resolve the Cloudblazer trigger, causing you to draw two cards and gain 2 life.
  5. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Cloudblazer.
  6. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
  7. Activate the mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least one blue mana.
  8. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
  9. Repeat.
