Steps

  1. Activate Beza by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  2. When Beza enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Beza trigger, causing you to create two 1/1 Fish creature tokens, and a Treasure token if an opponent controls more lands than you.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Beza.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Fish, adding ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.
