Steps

  1. Activate Diregraf Horde by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. When Diregraf Horde enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability triggers.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Diregraf Horde.
  4. Resolve the Diregraf Horde trigger, creating two 2/2 Zombie creature tokens.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Zombies, adding one generic manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.
