Steps

  1. Activate Abhorrent Overlord by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking itself.
  2. Abhorrent Overlord enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve the Abhorrent Overlord trigger, creating a number of 1/1 Harpy creature tokens equal to your devotion to black.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Abhorrent Overlord.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Harpys, adding one generic manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.
