Steps

  1. Activate Sarkhan by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. When Sarkhan enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Sarkhan trigger, choosing Goldspan Dragon and creating a Treasure token.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Sarkhan.
  5. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one blue manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.
