Steps

  1. Activate Sarkhan by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  2. When Sarkhan enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Sarkhan trigger, choosing Goldspan Dragon and creating a Treasure token.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Sarkhan.
  5. Activate a Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.
