Steps

  1. Activate up to seven lands by tapping them, adding at least one generic manaone blue mana.
  2. Activate Palinchron by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  3. When Palinchron enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  4. Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
  5. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Palinchron.
  6. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If up to seven lands you control can tap to produce at least two generic manaone blue mana, this combo nets infinite mana.
