Steps

  2. Activate Palinchron by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  3. When Palinchron enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  4. Resolve the Palinchron trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
  5. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Palinchron.
  6. Repeat.

Notes
