Steps

  2. Activate Great Whale by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  3. When Great Whale enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  4. Resolve the Great Whale trigger, untapping up to seven lands.
  5. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Great Whale.
  6. Repeat.
