Activate Ignis by paying ({1} magic symbol) ({U} magic symbol) , blinking it.
When Ignis enters, it and
Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
Resolve the
Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Ignis.
Resolve the Ignis trigger, causing you to look at the top six cards of your library and put a land card from among them onto the battlefield untapped due to
Spelunking.
If you put a land onto the battlefield this way,
Nissa triggers, adding ({U} magic symbol) .
Activate the land by tapping it, adding at least ({1} magic symbol) .
Repeat.

This combo can fail if Ignis does not reveal a land. You can use additional mana to restart the combo if desired should this happen. The combo also assumes every land you grab will be mana-producing.
