Steps

  1. Activate Be'lakor by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  2. Be'lakor enters the battlefield, triggering its first ability and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve the Be'lakor trigger, causing you to draw at least two cards and lose at least two life.
  4. Sheoldred's first ability triggers for each card you draw, causing you to gain two life for each card drawn.
  5. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger from step 2, repairing it and Be'lakor.
  6. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping an Island you control.
  7. Activate the Island by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  8. Repeat from step 6 one additional time.
  9. Repeat from step 1.
