Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Activate

  2. Repeat step 1 at least two more times, and more times if desired, ensuring to leave at least one land on the battlefield.
  3. Activate
    Lumra, Bellow of the Woods
    Lumra     by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  4. When
    Lumra, Bellow of the Woods
    Lumra     enters the battlefield, it and
    Deadeye Navigator
    Deadeye Navigator    's soulbond ability trigger.
  5. Resolve the
    Lumra, Bellow of the Woods
    Lumra     trigger, causing you to mill four cards and then return all land cards from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
  6. Resolve the
    Deadeye Navigator
    Deadeye Navigator     trigger, repairing it and
    Lumra, Bellow of the Woods
    Lumra    .
  7. Repeat.
