Steps

  1. Activate Charming Scoundrel by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. When Charming Scoundrel enters the battlefield, it and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Charming Scoundrel.
  4. Resolve the Charming Scoundrel trigger, creating two Treasure artifact tokens.
  5. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding one blue manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.
