Steps

  1. Activate Spectral Arcanist by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  2. Spectral Arcanist enters the battlefield, triggering itself twice and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability once.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Spectral Arcanist.
  4. Resolve a Spectral Arcanist trigger, casting Hanabi Blast from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
  5. Storm-Kiln Aritst triggers twice, creating two Treasure tokens.
  6. Resolve Hanabi Blast, dealing 2 damage to any target, returning Hanabi Blast to your hand, and then causing you to discard Hanabi Blast.
  7. Repeat from step 4 one additional time.
  8. Activate two Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  9. Repeat.
