Steps

  1. Activate Spectral Arcanist by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  , blinking it.
  2. Spectral Arcanist enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Spectral Arcanist.
  4. Resolve the Spectral Arcanist trigger, casting Hanabi Blast from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
  5. Storm-Kiln Aritst triggers, creating a Treasure token.
  6. Resolve Hanabi Blast, dealing 2 damage to any target, returning Hanabi Blast to your hand, and then causing you to discard Hanabi Blast.
  7. Activate the Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  8. Repeat.
