Steps

  1. Activate Rowan by tapping it, reducing the cost of all black and/or red spells you cast this turn by at least four generic mana.
  2. Cast Searing Touch with buyback by paying one red mana due to Rowan's ability, targeting any applicable target.
  3. Deekah triggers, creating a 0/0 Fractal creature token, then putting a +1/+1 counter on the Fractal.
  4. Resolve Searing Touch, dealing 1 damage to any target and returning Searing Touch to your hand.
  5. Activate Thermopod's second ability by sacrificing the Fractal, adding one red mana.
  6. Repeat from step 2.
