Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and The Great Henge by tapping them, adding ({G} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)   and causing you to gain 2 life.
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
  4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and The Great Henge.
  5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  6. Repeat.
