Steps

  1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Thran Dynamo by tapping them, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. Elsha's prowess ability triggers, giving it +1/+1 until end of turn.
  4. Resolve Ghostly Flicker, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Thran Dynamo.
  5. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
  6. Repeat.
