Steps
- Activate Whisper by tapping it and sacrificing two other nontoken creatures.
- Sifter of Skulls, Zulaport Cutthroat and Whisper each trigger twice.
- Resolve both Sifter of Skulls triggers, creating two 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature tokens.
- Resolve both Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, causing each opponent to lose 2 life and you to gain two life.
- Resolve both Whisper triggers, untapping it.
- Resolve the Whisper ability from step 1, returning target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
- Activate Whisper by tapping it and sacrificing an Eldrazi Scion token and any other nontoken creature.
- Sifter of Skulls triggers once, while Zulaport Cutthroat and Whisper each trigger twice.
- Resolve the Sifter of Skulls trigger, creating a 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature token.
- Repeat from step 4.
