Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Dockside Chef, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Dockside Chef dies, Mortuary and Ashiok's Reaper trigger.
  3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Dockside Chef on top of your library from your graveyard.
  4. Resolve the Ashiok's Render trigger, causing you to draw Dockside Chef from your library.
  5. Cast Dockside Chef by paying ({B} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.
