Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Elenda, adding one white or black mana.
  2. When Elenda dies, its second ability triggers, creating a number of 1/1 Vampire creature tokens equal to Elenda's power.
  3. Cast Elenda from your graveyard by paying two generic manaone white manaone black mana.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing three Vampires, adding two generic manaone white or black mana.
  5. When the Vampires die, Elenda's first ability triggers three times, putting three +1/+1 counters on it.
  6. Repeat.
