Steps

  1. Cast Touch of Vitae by paying two generic manaone green mana, targeting Ley Weaver.
  2. Activate up to two lands by tapping them, adding at least one generic manaone blue mana.
  3. Activate Quicksilver Elemental by paying one blue mana, causing it to gain Ley Weaver's activated abilities until end of turn.
  4. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Ley Weaver's ability by tapping it, untapping two lands.
  5. Activate Quicksilver Elemental using Ley Weaver's ability granted to it by Touch of Vitae by paying zero mana, untapping Quicksilver Elemental.
  6. Repeat from step 2.

Results

  1. Infinite mana lands you control can produce.
  2. Infinite untap of lands you control.
