Prerequisites

Steps

  1. Activate
    Ashnod's Altar
    Ashnod's Altar     by sacrificing the Persist Creature, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. The sacrificed creature's persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. The Great Henge
    The Great Henge     triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the Persist Creature and causing you to draw a card.
  4. The -1/-1 and +1/+1 counters are removed as a state-based action.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite card draw.
  2. Near-infinite ETB.
  3. Near-infinite LTB.
  4. Near-infinite death triggers.
