Steps

  1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least ({4} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Peregrine Drake by paying ({4} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  3. When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it and Intruder Alarm trigger.
  4. Resolve the Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping up to five lands.
  5. Resolve the Intruder Alarm trigger, untapping all creatures.
  6. Activate Tradewind Rider by tapping it, Peregrine Drake and one other creature you control, returning Peregrine Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
  7. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If you control creature(s) that can tap to produce mana, you can use that mana to pay for the creature and instead gain mana from the creature's ETB ability.
