Steps

  1. Cast Eternity Vessel by paying ({6} magic symbol)  . Eternity Vessel enters the battlefield with a number of charge counters on it equal to your life total.
  2. Activate Resourceful Defense by paying ({4} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  , moving all charge counters from Eternity Vessel onto Magistrate's Scepter.
  3. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
  4. If Magistrate's Scepter has few than three charge counters on it, activate Meticulous Excavation by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  , returning Eternity Vessel from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Repeat from step 3 during your next turn if Magistrate's Scepter has three or more charge counters on it. Otherwise, repeat from step 1.
