Steps

  1. Activate Tanazir by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  2. Tanazir enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve the Tanazir trigger, doubling the number of +1/+1 counters on Crystalline Crawler.
  4. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, repairing it and Crystalline Crawler.
  5. Activate Crystalline Crawler's first ability twice by removing two +1/+1 counters from it, adding one generic manaone blue mana.
  6. Repeat.

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on certain creatures.
  2. Infinite blinking.
