Steps

  3. The Locust God
    The Locust God     triggers, causing you to create a 1/1 Insect creature token with haste.
  4. Resolve the
    Altar of Dementia
    Altar of Dementia     ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the sacrificed creature's power.
  5. Repeat.
