Steps

  1. Activate
    Marath, Will of the Wild
    Marath     by paying ({1} magic symbol)   and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Elemental creature token.
  2. When the Elemental enters the battlefield,
    Ivy Lane Denizen
    Ivy Lane Denizen     triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on
    Marath, Will of the Wild
    Marath    .
  3. Activate
    Thermopod
    Thermopod    's second ability by sacrificing the Elemental token, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  4. Repeat.
