  2. When the Elemental enters the battlefield, Ivy Lane Denizen and Mana Echoes trigger.
  3. Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding at least ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  4. Resolve the Ivy Lane Denizen trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Marath.
