Steps

  1. Cast Emry from the command zone by paying ({U} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Emry enters the battlefield, it and Genesis Chamber trigger.
  3. Resolve the Emry trigger, causing you to mill four cards.
  4. Resolve the Genesis Chamber trigger, creating a 1/1 Myr artifact creature token and a Map token.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Emry, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Choose to return Emry to the command zone from your graveyard.
  7. Repeat.
