Initial Card State

Steps

  1. Cast The Notary Hobbits by paying ({3} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)   plus commander tax if applicable.
  2. When The Notary Hobbits enters, it triggers, creating two nonlegendary token copies of it.
  3. Activate The Notary Hobbits and the two Notary Hobbits tokens by tapping them, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)   for each Halfling you control.
  4. Activate Food Chain by exiling the nontoken Notary Hobbits, adding six ({G} magic symbol)   that can only be spent to cast creature spells.
  5. Choose to return The Notary Hobbits from exile to the command zone.
  6. Repeat.

  1. It's possible to start with a higher commander tax, but you'll need to control more Halflings and/or have more mana to start.
