  2. If Voltaic Construct is on the battlefield, activate Voltaic Construct by paying ({2} magic symbol)  , untapping Myr Welder. Otherwise, activate Myr Welder using Voltaic Construct's ability by paying ({2} magic symbol)  , untapping Myr Welder.
  3. Repeat.

Notes

  1. If The Eternity Elevator has twenty or more charge counters on it, you can instead use its second ability to get infinite colored mana. You can also use both interchangeably, if desired.
