  2. Activate Staff of Domination's third ability by paying ({3} magic symbol)  , untapping Myr Welder.
  3. Activate Staff of Domination's first ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)  , untapping it.
  4. Repeat.

Notes

  1. You can optionally exile Staff of Domination using Myr Welder, and then use the first ability of Staff of Domination to untap Myr Welder. Once you have enough mana, you can use Chromatic Orrery's second ability instead if you control a colored permanent.
