Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Eternal Scourge dies, Brenard triggers, exiling Eternal Scourge from your graveyard and creating a token copy of it that is a 1/1 Food Golem artifact creature token.
  3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Eternal Scourge token, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  4. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying ({3} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat.
  6. Once you have infinite mana, you may forego sacrificing the Eternal Scourge tokens.
